About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sloane & Salamanca website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We take great care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, or if there has been a pricing or description error.
- Ownership of the items passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are charged in British Pounds (£).
Shipping & Returns
Delivery times, shipping costs and our returns policy are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Free UK shipping applies on orders over £60, and unworn items may be returned within 14 days.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products you have purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
